I had a nice stay. Friendly staff. Thanks for showing the world cup on big screen. BUT, a jacuzzi that is out of order for a whole week during the summer period (perhaps even longer, I can't say), is unacceptable!

the condition of the room was good but the time spent around the hotel was poor - very impersonal.The organisation for taxis back to the airport was very poor - resulting in being half an hour late to the airport.I had the distinct impression that your staff were unable to make decisions.

Pleasant, Bed not made properly. Insufficient towels. Prompt new towels on request. 1 bath towel torn & shredded. Overall a positive experience.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, not very big but practical. The location is very central., near all the main attractions.

Too expansiv. Room much to small, no view, constructions right nextto our room. Often only 1 towle for 2 people.
Nice pool and Spa, but the smell outside by the pool - terrible (Air-condition from kitchen?)
