The overall experience of the hotel and it's service is very good.
They only need to work on better service at the spa and indoor pool.

had chosen the hotel for the spa and was closed, so I had to look elsewhere, I woke up every day in the night because the other hosts was making too much noise

The stay at the hotel was good but not more. We will return again but then the restaurant will offer more vegan food, gluten-free, more green in the menu. I am allergic, gluten and dairy products and for breakfast there are no alternatives just different vegan milk. So I hardly ate any breakfast for 4 days without the restaurant doing anything about it!
The food served on the menu is absolutely tasteless! Without spices and salt! Do not understand that a soup can be served completely without spices and salt and I, which are allergic, it was almost just water and green peas. No, that's not okay! This is not a criticism I'm writing, it's tips if you want your gestures to recur to the hotel again.

I Have choosen this hotel because of Very nice wellness, but all our stay wellness was cloused. I didnt obtain information about it in advance and anyone doesnt informed me in reception. Wellness was the reason why I have choosen this hotel.

The service is excellent including staffs are very helpful. I will definitely comeback and stay here again.
