Wonderful experience.
Staff are very kind and helpfull.
Room is big and nice.
Towels were not changed on daily basis. Room was not cleaned well.

Great experience. Lovely hotel. Restaurant staff could be a bit more friendly. Taking your plate away before you get the chance to swallow your food. That was the only down side. Every thing else was great.

We both had a very nice experience. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel to future travellers and I would happily return in the future.

Eingangsbereich und -Halle lassen auf einen besseren Zustand der Zimmer hoffen. Insgesamt alles gut, aber doch schon sehr abgelebt und auch recht klein. Zimmerservice hat täglich sauber gemacht, aber an 2 von 4 Tagen weder Kaffee noch Tee nachgelegt. Angeblich waren keine bademäntel verfügbar, allerdings traf man im spa ausschließlich Gäste mit an. Nach dreifacher Nachfrage hatten wir dann auch welche. Spa Bereich klein aber sauber und gemütlich. Insgesamt sind wir recht zufrieden, hatten noch ein wenig mehr erwartet. Nachts war es angenehm leise, die Lage ist am Rand vom Zentrum und in der Nähe sind zahlreiche gute Restaurants.
