Hotel room was not clean (especially floor).
There were nothing provided for pet (plate for water, hygiene necessities, etc) even though hotel has kindly charged pet accomodation EUR 30,00 (extra bed for child was charged EUR35.00 at this hotel to compare). Moreover - next day we were not allowed to enter restaurant for breakfast with pet, what is not understandable at a "pet friendly" facility. Very bad experience, never to come back to this hotel with or without pet, under no circumstances...

The hotel is located in a good location, so it is easy to reach the city center and bridges. During the stay everything was clean and neat. The staff was very kind and helpful. Parking service is great. The restaurant and food supply were also at an enviable level. The only place for improvement is that in winter take care of the heating in the rooms, it's a little cold (since it was winter). The hotel is for every recommendation and thank you for providing the time to enjoy the beautiful city.

Staff is very friendly!! The picture from Booking.com are not the reality and the room is very small

The buiding was superb. Very quiet place. Friendly personnel. Only a few remarks which I noted.

Very good, everything was as we expected or better. The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were good and the pool and sauna clean and nice.
