Slightly disappointed by certain members of staff. We had to call the Reception 4 times in 2 days to get bathrobe and spa-shoes eventhough it was included according to our Booking. Some service members in the restaurant didnt really Look interessted at all. All in all the quality of th3 service didnt justify the price we paid.

I had really nice time during my stay. People were friendly. One negative issue is that sign of the hotel is not clearly enough to be visible , when I arrived there was no name outside of the door at all ...

Very good hôtel except thé waitress during breakfast :no amability at all and tables not clean
It’s important to improve that point

Next time for the price I paid I think I will choose another option expecially because I am disappointend for the cleaness of the room

My overall experience was wonderful, particularly for a first visit to Budapest. I would, however, caution the hotel staff to train some of their staff members about the diversity among tourists. My first visit to the restaurant, I was turned away, despite their being several unoccupied tables. He told me the restaurant was full and recommended that I try finding another restaurant in the area. I then went to the concierge and asked the concierge to check on the availability of a table for one. There was indeed a table available -- at that time, and at other times throughout the evening.

Very nice hotel, great location and friendly staff. Didn't have breakfast as it seemed pricey.
