Concerning my short stay, my experience satisfied my expectationson, even if I didn't spend much time in the hotel. However, the staff was quite kind and available, with a fair knowledge of the English language.

Very good experience. You can walk from the hotel to almost any attraction of Budapest. The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is good. The staff is excellent and cares for the guests.

Confermato le mie aspettative. Hotel molto bello , personale sia alla reception che in sala numeroso quindi ottimo servizio. Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere le bevande calde al breakfast tutte servite e non solo il caffe.

I was very upset hair dryers in whole hotel are working only every 2 minutes for 30 secs or so, allegedly based on some security policy. It is totally impossible to dry one's hair with such hairdryer, which is especially ridiculous considering the welness area.

It was all good. Perfect breakfast, Welness area, Galeria and lobby. Quality/Price very good!
