I had a great stay. Unfortunately I did not have a lot of time to enjoy all facilities of the hotel. The breakfast was good but quite crowded.

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass einige Aspekte Ihres Aufenthalts nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Wir entschuldigen uns für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Wir nehmen das Feedback unserer Gäste sehr ernst und versichern Ihnen, dass unser Wartungsteam bereits über die von Ihnen gemeldeten Punkte informiert wurde und die notwendigen Maßnahmen ergreifen wird, um diese zu prüfen und gegebenenfalls zu beheben.

Wir bedanken uns auch für Ihre Anmerkungen zum Frühstücksservice. Obwohl das Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr serviert wird, müssen die Vorbereitungen für die Reinigung und den Aufbau unseres Restaurants Araz kurz darauf beginnen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Restaurant für das Mittagessen bereit ist. Dieser Prozess erfordert das Abräumen und Eindecken des gesamten Restaurants. Selbstverständlich können Gäste, die während der Frühstückszeit anreisen, ihr Frühstück in Ruhe beenden. Wir bedauern, falls unsere Vorgehensweise einen anderen Eindruck erweckt hat.

Vielen Dank auch für Ihre positiven Bewertungen bezüglich Sauberkeit und Service. Ihr Feedback ist uns wichtig und hilft uns, das Gästeerlebnis stetig zu verbessern.

Excellent stay. Have recommended your hotel to others as it is so central and not far from all the sights

Very good - a little disappointed having had a lovely meal on first night when we returned on third night & had identical meal it was not of same quality but was charged slightly more for it.

Double Room was small for two people there is no place to put two luggages.
Also bad was broken in room 315.
Breakfast was nice
