Good hotel & decent experience & room, but definitely you guys need to improve on Receptionist/ Front Desk negative attitude when dealing with complex paperwork & invoices with customers on their business trip. I've witnessed my colleague cried just because she didn't get the correct address in the company invoice (Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited). Later she was provided with the correct one, but the attitude of the front desk guy was terrifying & seemed so pissed towards her. Customers paid the service to receive good attitude & care, not to be yelled at or be hated. Please take note & improve it. Thanks!

We have taken note of your comments regarding the wellness area. Please note that, as a city hotel, our wellness facilities are designed with relaxation in mind and are limited in size. Hygiene and comfort are our priorities, and operational pauses are sometimes taken to allow extra cleaning if needed.

Regarding check-in, the guaranteed official time is 3:00 PM; however, whenever possible, we are happy to provide an early room before this time. overall okay, but for this price, I´d expect more

We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our central location, spacious rooms, and the large bed itself, as well as your experience at our gallery bar. Your positive remarks are greatly appreciated.

At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. We regret that you noticed an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Regarding the bed, comfort is a matter of personal preference. Upon request, we are happy to provide a firmer pad underneath or a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Next time, please do not hesitate to share any concerns so we can address them promptly.

Concerning to housekeeping, your comfort is very important to us. We will gently remind our team to be mindful of guests’ rest during cleaning hours, and we also encourage the use of the “Do Not Disturb” card to ensure an uninterrupted and more peaceful stay.

Very good hotel with a great location. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good, and the wellness area is a nice bonus. Staff were helpful and professional. Overall a pleasant stay and a good choice for visiting Budapest.

Loved the stay and the breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. Staff were very friendly. Everything about it was great. This was the second time I stayed there and would definitely stay there again if I go to Budapest

Disappointing I’d excepted far better, it put a downer on our holiday.
