Hotel bello al centro e a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro
Camera piccola ma pulita e con tutti i confort
Spa molto semplice ma funzionale e discreta
La struttura è nuova ben fatta e tenuta bene
Servizio impeccabile, in una giornata di pioggia ci hanno fatto trovare alla reception gli ombrelli senza neanche chiedere un centesimo
Al ritorno, causa forte vento,gli ombrelli erano puntualmente rotti ma con molta gentilezza ci hanno detto che non c'erano problemi
Lo consiglio a tutti

I really was not happy with my experience. I think it is not all the fault of the hotel. I saw the hotel on Hotels.com and it show a normal price of 330 Euro and a sale price of 80 Euro. My expectations were high based on the "normal" rack price, but it was clear to me that this was an 100 Euro/Night room. I did leave the hotel because the bed was so uncomfortable, the bedding was 3 start quality, and the sheets were clearly washed with too much bleach. I hope my review helps the hotel get better. I do not usually take the time to make a review, but i felt like i owed you an explanation. I did move to the Buddha Bar Hotel which was pleasant, I have stayed in many properties in Budapest, this is not one i would recommend.

Great hotel. I'd recommend to anyone. Tomas at the restaurant is the best.
