Beautifully building, great location. We spent very little time at the hotel as such a lot to see.
Disappointed with the quality and comfort of the beds lack. The beds. mattresses and quilts need to reflect the 4* status of the hotel.

This was a lovely hotel with great facilities and service. The location was brilliant and very close to the metro station as well as the tram service. We will definitely go back!

Excellent, at the first night we jave a problem with the room the reception help us and changed the room.

Great location with friendly helpful staff
There were lovely gardens with seating areas to enjoy. Restaurant had interesting social nights organized for a great price

The place has been nicely renewed and the hotel has a very good situation. The service needs some improvements to reach standards.
The entrance to the breakfast room should be optimized, it is too narrow, especially considering this is also the way out. Some decorative elements could be put in the corridors to create a warmer atmosphere, especially when you get out from the elevator.
Rooms are clean, spacious and very quiet, bed is comfortable. Black curtains would be appreciated to avoid morning light and also a larger pillow menu with soft pillows. Some conditioner could be added in the toiletries.
