We are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations due to the condition of the bathroom. Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences encountered. As there are very few situations that justify refunds, they are only issued on rare occasions. Our primary focus is always to address any shortcomings during our guests’ stay, resolve issues as promptly as possible, and provide appropriate alternative forms of compensation where needed.

Ugodan hotel u blizini centra. Soba je bila prostrana i ugodna za boravak, nazalost nisu nam cistili svaki dan. Dorucak je bio raznovrstan. Wellnes je mali s obzirom na velicinu hotela.

Hvala Vam puno što ste odvojili vrijeme da podijelite svoje iskustvo s nama. Drago nam je znati da ste uživali u svojoj prostranoj i udobnoj sobi, kao i u raznolikom izboru doručka. Vaše pozitivne komentare o našoj lokaciji i usluzi zaista cijenimo.

Također smo primili na znanje Vaše povratne informacije u vezi s dnevnim čišćenjem. Iz ekoloških razloga, promjena peškira i posteljine vrši se svake tri noći, ali uvijek rado pomažemo s češćom uslugom na zahtjev.

Insgesamt ein Schnee Hotel. Aber schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen

Un très bel hôtel chargé d'histoire au centre de la ville.
