My overall experience with the hotel was good. It was near a supermarket, the subway station, and the breakfast was very nice. I particularly enjoyed the grapefruit slices. Still, I cannot help but feel a bit betrayed by one of your employees. I would recommend this hotel to a friend, but I would warn my friend not to listen to your employees in any case.

The hotel is good. But there are no relaxing beds in the Wellness area.

Beautiful hotel. Not on the river but we pretty much walked everywhere from the hotel or took the metro. We even walked to the hotel from the train station where we had taken the train from Vienna. Some good restaurants not far away. Pool on roof . Room was decorated nicely.

Really nice experience, the location of the hotel is really good if you want to visit the main touristic spots of Budapest.

Absolutely unfriendly, poor service and no will to change anything. The room wasnt really clean, the hairdryer didnt work, my friends hairdryer didnt work either, unfriendly and mean taxidriver from the hotel. Never again!

I am very impressed by this hotel in many ways, may be one of the best experience in my life.
Ever since our taxi stopped in front of the hotel, the service staff was exceptional. They did not only fulfill, but extended our expectations continuously. I would note that even if we close our eyes time by time, both me and my partner has generally high expectations, but on different fields. This time none of us could find any mistake. The service staff was very friendly and professional in their job and speaking English as well. The entire hotel is breathtaking with all its elegant colors, motives and overall design. Everything was pretty and quality at the same time.
We had a short, but wonderful stay with the most relaxing sleep I had in a long time.
Thank You for all your work, keep it up and we are so looking forward to be back!
