We had a nice stay, the location was nice and central which made it very easy to get around the city. The service at the hotel was good and the personal was very nice.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Small areas for improvement: Our room was not made up every day and could have been presented better. The gym was not open until 9am and I generally work out before breakfast.

One of the best hotel I have ever experienced and there is no bad reviews to remark. My only suggestion if I may say is to improve much more in the staff charm and being more friendly and open. I understand that in Hungary people character is more closed and hard but when you are either in holiday or for business like to cuddle and feel like at home.
