It was nice hotel but wellness area was closed for the duration of our stay .The fruits they left in our room were not fresh .(better not giving) breakfast was ordinary,

Perfect for a short stay in Budapest, breakfast is exeptional, many good restaurants at close distance. Staff very helpful and polite. We did not have the chance to use the wellness area as it closed for maintenance after 2 days (not informed in advance) but the overall impression was very good.
We would definately choose it for our next visit.

It was a nice stay at your hotel, except reception. I believe there was 1 team leader and the rest of the employee was trainee and while they make check in or check out they were stressed and grumbling.

The overall experience of the hotel and it's service is very good.
They only need to work on better service at the spa and indoor pool.
