I did enjoy my stay with my disabled daughter, however part of the reason for booking your hotel was the pool, which my daughter could use as part of her physiotherapy. It was therefore very disappointing to note that you had to pay to use the pool, never in all my years when booking this sort of hotel is the pool an optional extra. You pay more for the hotel for more facilities, that is why you pay more. it was not mentioned (when I booked my holiday) that the pool would incur an extra cost.
