Overall experience was awesome. All staff is very friendly and supportive and we could completely relax in the hotel. It is super elegant and we can only recommend to everyone to choose this hotel, thank you!

Bon expérience, le matelas etait trop mou, la chambre un peu petite et la vu pas très jolie

Nous prenons toutefois note de vos remarques concernant le confort du matelas et la taille de votre chambre. Nous comprenons que les préférences de sommeil varient d'un client à l'autre et, lors de vos prochains séjours, n'hésitez pas à nous indiquer si vous préférez un matelas plus ferme ; nous pouvons vous fournir un surmatelas ou un protège-matelas plus ferme sur demande afin de mieux répondre à vos besoins. Abbiamo anche preso nota dei suoi commenti sulle dimensioni standard della camera. Per una futura visita, saremo lieti di consigliarle una delle nostre camere di categoria superiore, che offrono maggiore spazio e comfort.

Per quanto riguarda l'area benessere, ci dispiace che la temperatura della piscina e i tempi di attesa per la sauna abbiano influenzato la sua esperienza. Essendo un hotel cittadino, le nostre strutture benessere sono progettate per completare il soggiorno in modo rilassante e possono essere soggette a maggiore richiesta in determinati periodi. Ciononostante, le sue osservazioni sono molto preziose e sono state condivise con il team competente per una valutazione.

Overall good experience . The room did not smell good and we had to throw away the fruits. Even after we throw the fruits it still smells bad

Rooms are not clean , they don’t change the bed sheets, many requests for basic stuff like bath rob or toothbrush and toothpaste we had to ask multiple times , prices are not cheap, the inside swimming pool is cold also the sauna, in cold weather the room wasn’t heated enough we had to ask multiple times to fix the heat it was set to 24 degrees witch was not enough specially in cold weather -10 degrees

Regarding bed linens and towels, these are changed every three nights by default for environmental reasons, but we are always happy to accommodate more frequent changes upon request.

We are also sorry for any inconvenience related to amenities such as bathrobes or dental care items. Your observations will help us ensure more prompt and efficient service in the future.
Regarding the room temperature, we are pleased that after multiple adjustments we were able to offer a room change and hope that the second room provided the comfort you expected. Our heating system is generally set to maintain a cozy atmosphere, but additional options—such as portable heaters or extra blankets—are always available upon request.

We also apologize for the pool temperature. Due to an unexpected technical issue, the water temporarily fell below our usual standard, but we are glad to inform you that this has been fully resolved, ensuring a comfortable wellness experience.
