Good. I have had just a problem with the my friend’s room upgrade. The room for 20€ more on the standard price was very very small.

Buon hotel e buona la posizione, personale cortese. La Spa piccola e un po' deludente, avremmo preferito che qualcuno parlasse meglio l'italiano, considerando la forte presenza di italiani nell'hotel.

Très bonne situation. Quartier animé et tout proche centre ville. station métro à 200 m

Great location, very nice hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Good and abundant breakfast. Very small blankets and noisy air conditioning.

Slightly disappointed by certain members of staff. We had to call the Reception 4 times in 2 days to get bathrobe and spa-shoes eventhough it was included according to our Booking. Some service members in the restaurant didnt really Look interessted at all. All in all the quality of th3 service didnt justify the price we paid.

I had really nice time during my stay. People were friendly. One negative issue is that sign of the hotel is not clearly enough to be visible , when I arrived there was no name outside of the door at all ...
