Very good hôtel except thé waitress during breakfast :no amability at all and tables not clean
It’s important to improve that point

Next time for the price I paid I think I will choose another option expecially because I am disappointend for the cleaness of the room

My overall experience was wonderful, particularly for a first visit to Budapest. I would, however, caution the hotel staff to train some of their staff members about the diversity among tourists. My first visit to the restaurant, I was turned away, despite their being several unoccupied tables. He told me the restaurant was full and recommended that I try finding another restaurant in the area. I then went to the concierge and asked the concierge to check on the availability of a table for one. There was indeed a table available -- at that time, and at other times throughout the evening.

Very nice hotel, great location and friendly staff. Didn't have breakfast as it seemed pricey.

Concerning my short stay, my experience satisfied my expectationson, even if I didn't spend much time in the hotel. However, the staff was quite kind and available, with a fair knowledge of the English language.

Very good experience. You can walk from the hotel to almost any attraction of Budapest. The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is good. The staff is excellent and cares for the guests.
