Underwhelming for the price. The rooms were adequate, but I would not say this is a 4* hotel, it felt more like an average 3* at best

Not satisfied totaly, the refrigerator at the room did not work as expected. I think the service and information was not good at all.

We loved Budapest and the area was good for our purpose, many nice restaurants and bars nearby.

I am very disappointed with the hotel's way of doing things. We sign out of the hotel on Saturday, June 10 at 10 am in the morning. We paid the drinks we had ordered by the pool and 2 bottles of water we took from the room.
We left the goods to the hotel until 17.00 when we also booked our hotel with a taxi to transport to the airport. So we came back to the hotel at 4.30 pm.

The real surprise was waiting at home in an email that was posted on Saturday between Saturday and Sunday at 01.49. My credit card was charged with drinks from the minibar we had not even drunk. The charge was made without my approval, without my undercover. The hotel would have been able to request an acknowledgment from the customer when we visit the hotel. But apparently someone from the hotel wanted to drink beer and whiskey and water and charge them for me.

We asked for anti- allergic rooms because for allergy. The rooms wasen`t very clean. The staff in the restaurant was quite rude when we asked to put the bill on our rooms. We didn`t feel very welcome at the roof terrace.
