There's nothing to complain about, but it's not a wow experience either. A standard hotel.

Service was very professional and the hotel is amazing. Would stay there again!

At the same time, we are sorry to learn that the room temperature did not fully meet your expectations and that this caused discomfort during your stay. During winter, our air conditioning system operates in heating mode; however, individual comfort levels can of course vary. Please allow us to kindly note that our team is always available to assist with any concerns and would have been happy to help on the spot—whether by adjusting the heating settings, the bathroom radiator, offering alternative solutions – like providing portable heater or extra blankets. We regret that this was not addressed during your stay and appreciate your understanding.

We also thank you for sharing your impressions of our wellness area. As a city hotel, our wellness facilities are designed as a complementary relaxation option rather than a full-scale spa experience, and we appreciate your honest perspective in this regard.

mainly very positive but smell of cigarette and many noices brought us huge disagreements and disapointments

At the same time, we are sorry to hear that your rest was affected by noise from the housekeeping team in the morning and that cigarette smoke entering through the window also detracted from your stay. We fully understand how these issues may impact a guest’s comfort, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. Subject to availability, we could have offered an alternative room—either on a higher floor or facing the street side—to help ensure a more restful experience. Ezúton is köszönjük szépen, hogy időt szánt arra, hogy megossza velünk részletes visszajelzését a Continental Hotel Budapestben tett látogatásáról.

Örömmel olvastuk, hogy recepciós és takarító személyzetünket rendkívül kedvesnek, segítőkésznek és precíznek találta, valamint hogy szobája kényelme és a tisztaság magas színvonala hozzájárult az elégedettségéhez. Különösen nagyra értékeljük elismerő szavait kollégáink iránt – ezek számukra is fontos visszajelzést és motivációt jelentenek.

Köszönjük, hogy megosztotta velünk véleményét szállodánk elhelyezkedéséről és hangulatáról is. Sajnáljuk, hogy nem tudtunk önnek parkolóhelyet biztosítani, érdemes előre jelezni legközelebb, hogy autóval érkezik, mert limitált a mélygarázsunk ferőhelyeinek száma.

Köszönjük továbbá a wellnessrészleggel kapcsolatos őszinte visszajelzését. Őszintén sajnáljuk, hogy tartózkodása idején a medence vize hidegebb volt a megszokottnál, valamint hogy a finn szauna technikai okok miatt nem üzemelt. Az ebből adódó kellemetlenségekért ezúton is elnézését kérjük. A felmerült problémákat azóta elhárítottuk, és jelenleg minden szolgáltatás zavartalanul működik. Nagyra értékeljük, hogy mindezek ellenére kiemelte munkatársaink segítőkészségét és elkötelezettségét.

Köszönjük reggelivel kapcsolatos észrevételét is, amelyet továbbítottunk az illetékes részleg felé annak érdekében, hogy szolgáltatásunkat ezen a területen is tovább fejlesszük.
