Max, expérience très sympa, proche du centre-ville, relativement propre, les gens très accueillants, surtout à l’accueil. Franchement une note spéciale pour eux. Sinon sympathique très sympathique ces jours que je recommanderais.

Excellent hotel, one of the better ones I've been to. The staff is really great, they try hard, they're kind, sometimes I'd rather pay more just for a smile and politeness, and the prices here are reasonable.

Nous sommes également heureux de savoir que votre chambre et la propreté générale ont répondu à vos attentes et que notre emplacement central vous a permis d'accéder facilement aux principales attractions de la ville.

Nous regrettons toutefois d'apprendre que la climatisation de votre chambre n'a pas été aussi confortable que vous l'espériez. Nous prenons en compte vos commentaires et tenons à vous informer que durant les mois d'hiver, notre climatisation fonctionne en mode chauffage. Néanmoins, notre équipe reste à votre disposition et se serait fait un plaisir de vous proposer des solutions, comme éteindre le radiateur de la salle de bain ou vous fournir un ventilateur portable pour un confort optimal. Par temps plus doux, ouvrir la fenêtre peut également contribuer à une température plus agréable. We stayed there for 5 nights, a great hotel,We loved everything the hotel offered

Colazione molto ricca e varia. Camera pulita e letto comodo. Staff disponibile e posizione centrale per visitare le attrazioni principale e per raggiungere l'aeroporto
La spa un po' piccola e la temperatura della piscina troppo fredda. Ventola abbastanza rumorosa e pochi filtri per tè e caffè in camera

Siamo lieti di apprendere che abbia apprezzato la nostra ricca e variegata colazione, nonché la pulizia e il comfort della sua camera. È inoltre meraviglioso sapere che la nostra posizione centrale e la disponibilità del nostro personale abbiano contribuito positivamente alla sua esperienza, facilitando la sua esplorazione della città e l'accesso all'aeroporto.

Apprezziamo i suoi commenti sulla nostra area benessere e sulla temperatura della piscina. Essendo un hotel cittadino, le nostre strutture benessere sono progettate per offrire uno spazio dedicato al relax, sebbene siano più compatte rispetto a quelle presenti nei resort spa di grandi dimensioni. Inoltre, durante il suo soggiorno, un problema tecnico ha causato un calo della temperatura dell'acqua in piscina al di sotto dei nostri standard abituali. Ci scusiamo sinceramente per qualsiasi inconveniente possa aver causato e siamo lieti di confermare che la questione è stata completamente risolta per il comfort dei nostri ospiti.

Abbiamo anche preso nota del suo feedback relativo al rumore della ventilazione e alla fornitura di tè e caffè in camera.
