Very poor. Someone should have had the sense to at least give us a free evening meal or done something to compensate us for a very shoddy experience. There's no excuse for dirty rooms and no one would ever want a room you can't see out of.

the room was terribly noisy due to workers very early in the street juste below my window . this is not acceptable from an hotel of this quality . You should have warned me and proposed another room .

Spa is really Nice. Dont book another spa, because this is like i Said really Nice.

If the weather have been better it would be aso much better. We search for a hotell whith outside pool just beacuse of that we want to have lasy Days in the sun, but the sun wasn't there... Everything else was great but the bed was hard like stone so we dont sleep as good as we hoped!

Nice hotel but lacks on some details to make the experience really good

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. My friend and I liked the hotel and the location was good, metro nearby and plenty of sights in walking distance.
