The rooms and bathroom were very dirty. Your cleaners definitely need training and supervision. Even the bedding looked dirty. At least the towels were clean. We will not stay with you again.

My overall experience with the hotel was good. It was near a supermarket, the subway station, and the breakfast was very nice. I particularly enjoyed the grapefruit slices. Still, I cannot help but feel a bit betrayed by one of your employees. I would recommend this hotel to a friend, but I would warn my friend not to listen to your employees in any case.

The hotel is good. But there are no relaxing beds in the Wellness area.
