Many thanks for helpful and hard-working staff during the meeting and to Victoria IZSVAK (sales executive) who was around and was evergetic. It was smooth business meeting.

Over all an average experience, the hotel on the service has beautiful decor and the building history is intriguing but the room temperature and the temperature of the hotel corridors was too hot.

The stay was standard! Front desk crew was a bit unprofessional and it seems like lack of education was present.

Girl in Pool area didn't understand all English.

Some of the days at breakfast, filling up the food was missing.

Woman from housecleaning was wery sweet!

Taxi service (Elite) was good.

Very nice stay at your facilities. Welcoming staff, smiling and saying hello whenever passing by them. I would recommend your hotel to others.

Disappointed with room size even though we got an upgrade. No chairs to sit on if using a computer or writing, just a window seat. Roomph very dark.
Dust in room on floor and a piece of old chewing gum stuck under the hair drier holder. It was visible and should have been spotted by housekeepers, disgusting.
Make-up smeared on the bathroom tiles.
A taxi we booked at reception did not arrive.
Only three towels in bathroom on arrival, no bath mats either. However, they arrived quickly having complained.
Raining one day, 2 remaining umbrellas at reception were broken, what was the point in keeping them?
Having requested a city view on booking, our view was of a block of seedy apartments, a car park and some derelict buildings. Really!!! We could just about see the spires of a church.
On the plus side, door staff, porters and reception
Staff, bar staff were excellent.
Breakfast excellent.
Foyer exquisite
Beds and pillows very comfortable.
Lift security excellent.

We had a wonderful experience at Continental Budapest,. The staff are friendly & extremely helpful & the hotel is situated perfectly in the city...
