We enjoyed our stay at the Continental hotel, the rooms where very nice and modern with everything you would expect in a hotel room. Everything in the hotel was clean and the service was of a high standard. The only down side is that we couldn't pay for our room on check in, as we had cash to pay the room we didn't know exactly how much we needed to save and also had to leave the cash lying around until checkout.

Lovely rooms and great service from friendly and professional staff. The complimentary fruit platter was a lovely touch and the roof top pool and wellness centre were fantastic - we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing there at the end of each day. My only criticism was that there was no full length mirror in the rooms.

We stayed for only one night. Reception told us that spa were included. When going to the wellness I was told that it was not included, they even called reception WHO confirmed that. After a Little while I went Down to reception to show page from booking com. Now they told me it was a misunderstanding and that of course I could use pool on top, which realy were the only reason I booked this hotel.
The ladies in wellness area now handed over 2 towels to me without a Word, I had to ask where to take a shower before entering the pool, so not impressed with the service there at all.

A good hotel in a great part of Budapest with everything within a reasonable walking distance
