Not great. Shampoo was quarter full indicating it had been used by previous guests. For the price paid we expected a lot more. We booked over 6 months in advance and was disappointed to find we could have paid much less if we had booked only days in advance.

Everything worked well! Staff is very polite and professional. Specially Andrea (the lady from the second floor bar) was really good!

The sauna was too warm. When throwing water to the stove, water vapor should be formed, but now only hot heat is presently present. We know this because we are from Finland - a sauna world. And by the way - your Hotel saves money...

Good central location without being right in the middle of downtown.
Hotel is in an excellent state of presentation, rooms are finished to a high quality. No bath in the ensuite and even a little small with just the shower.
Staff helpful at all times, breakfast has a large selection, could have more cereals, hotter cooked foods.

It's an overall good hotel, but unfortunatly a little to expensive at that time (may be due to special events in Budapest: Swimming champion chip, Formular 1)

My impression is that the hotel can try harder. The staff can be more service orientated and more helpful.
