The hotel was nice and we enjoyed our staff but having travelled extensively through Europe I found the room very small and poor value. I was also disappointed to find there were no Irons available one evening when it says explicitly on your website that they would be available - I did eventually get one after 2 phonecalls and a visit to reception

Very enjoyable few days visiting my sisters son who lives and works in Budapest. The hotel was well situated close to buses and the metre in a lovely quiet street.

Pleasant experience except when the hotel car was dropping us to the airport the driver tried to charge us an extra 8000 HUF after we had already paid the transport charge at the hotel.
