La atencion recibida por el personal de recepción no ha sido acorde con el precio pagado. No mos han facilitado ninguna informacion. Servicio despersonalizado en la recepcion que no corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas superior.

Falta de interes por agradar al cliente.

I did enjoy my stay with my disabled daughter, however part of the reason for booking your hotel was the pool, which my daughter could use as part of her physiotherapy. It was therefore very disappointing to note that you had to pay to use the pool, never in all my years when booking this sort of hotel is the pool an optional extra. You pay more for the hotel for more facilities, that is why you pay more. it was not mentioned (when I booked my holiday) that the pool would incur an extra cost.

Très bel hôtel , bien situé, à la décoration magnifique.

We liked the hotel. Service at the reseption was very good: we bought Budapest-cards and riverjourneys and everything went well.

Pretty good, room too small had to shuffle past chair to get into or out of bed.
