One of your employees (woman, 40 - 50 years old) in the pool area was very angry and rude to my sons (25 and 10 years old), because they wiped their feets with a white towel. Not the kind of behavior you expect in a hotel in your price range.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda, è molto bello e ben tenuto. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Budapest allogegrei nuovamente in questo hotel. Lo consiglio vivamente.
