excellent service, our room got upgraded free of charge. However i feel the leisure facilities should be included In the overall price.

fifty-fifty !i Knew better at Soho,Gellert ,and other four stars hotels at Budapest!!!!!when we arrived, we waited about five minutes (until the team finish to look their cellular phones), and the concierge to ask us :can i help you in something ? YES MISS, THIS IS FOR THE CHECK IN PLEASE, we are really very sorry to disturb them !

Great hotel in a really good location. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. All in all a fantastic stay

The Hotel was a very beautiful, but the room and the pool was little.This area not the best in Budapest.
