I really enjoyed my stay, but I did feel disappointed in the lack of openness on the part of the Wellness staff. I visited for a tour of the facilities on the day I arrived and was given a lot of detail of what was on offer, but they failed to mention that there was a charge for using the facilities.

A beautiful hotel, in a prime location of Budapest. All members of staff were very welcoming on arrival, and provided a professional service when needed. I would definitely recommend to a friend, and will be staying again in the future.
