The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel location is excellent and have underground private garage.

Great location, very nice service. Spa was very nice bit the gym lacks some equipment and to hot.
Massages were great.
Great big bed but the pillows were not comfortable.
TV had little variety of channels in English and no option for connecting a tablet of laptop to the TV.

Especially on my son's birthday we really appreciated the hotel staff's extra attention!!

Unfortunately the stay of me and my colleague was very disappointing. Originally I had booked two (single)rooms via Booking.com (one for me and one for my colleague). However, due to a misunderstanding this reservation was double-booked. After a telephone call with booking.com on February 3, it was corrected by booking.com and also coinfirmed to me by E-mail.
At the check-in on Feb. 6, your receptionist told that all bookings related to me were cancelled by Booking. com, and no alternatives were available because of the hotel was fully booked. The only option you could offer was a room on the 4th floor (451)
However I do not see this incident as usual behaviour in your hotel, my colleague and I exeperienced our stay not as comfortable
