Great location and staff! Willingness to be helpful was great with the staff and the welcome basket was a huge bonus.

Lived up to expectations based on previous reviews. A fascinating building adapted to provide a hotel of high quality with good public facilities, very friendly and obliging staff, and comfortable, well-equipped, bedrooms.

You where so kindly to vie me an upgrade, but this room was poor. Can not close the curtain, so the light was shining the whole night in the room. The bed was not very comfortable. It was not a comfortable stay.

Overall we are very satisfied. employees were kind, food was good and the rooms were clean.
We enjoyed our stay.

Jederzeit gern wieder.

Am Empfang waren bis auf eine Dame die Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Das Personal im Bereich des Frühstücksbuffets war ebenfalls ausgesprochen angenehm.
