Fantastic experience everything was perfect, bar upstairs got a bit busy one night and the two staff members working where very busy should of been managed better but that is the only flaw

Staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and the pillows were very comfortable. However I felt the room was quite dark and and we had a disabled shower and toilet which aren't the most comfortable. Also shampoo was only half full so was minor touches but overall was a lovely hotel
