The building and the location is excellent, the lobby is great, the room is not in the best condition.

Great experience. The Continental hotel is beautiful. I loved the decoration. The staff is amazing. Thanks again for the champagne in our room !

The crew was wonderfull. Great service. The brakefast was good but the bread was dry and not fresh. Generally we enjoyed the hotel.

My job involves me staying in hotels all around the world. My experience at Continental was exceptional, probably the best experience in the last few years. The staff made the difference, simply by being proactive and ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible from the minute I walked through the door. Your marketing is 100% spot on, a little haven from all the madness outside. But don't get too popular as normally the experience changes...
