I stayed in your hotel from Dec 7th to the 10th: nts.
It was only one person and I got a room with double beds.
The heating control in my room showed a maximum temperature of 24ºC but it reached until 22,9º or 23º.
BUT THOSE WERE NOT THE REAL DEGREES. I´HAD NEVER BEEN SO COLD IN A HOTEL ROOM IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! And I travel quite a lot!!!
The first night I had to use the towels to roll my body. That first night I got the cold that I´m still suffering.
The second night I called to the reception to complain about it. They sent the cleaner lady with an extra blanket and the maintenance guy to check the heating.
He said it was ok but the room was cold.
The second night and slept with 3 blankets and fully dressed. INCREDIBLE THAT BEING OUTSIDE I WAS PERFECT AND SO COLD INSIDE!!! In a 4* Superior hotel.
The third night was the worse. Due to the cold in my previous nights, I was already sick and at 01:40 am I called the reception asking for a solution. The guy came and he said all the rooms had the same temperature and I was cold inside because I was sick.
I told him the same: I did have any problem until my first night and the temperature shown in the heating panel was not correct.
I live in a warmer place and normal temperature is 22/23º and I wear in shorts and T-shirts, no with a pair of leggings, pants on top, long sleeve T-shirt, 3 blankets and my coat on top.
If you want, I can send you pictures of the room where you can see the way I was sleepin g in your 4* Superior hotel. Well, tryinh to sleep because the cold didn´ let me.
THE WORST ExPERIENCE IN A HOTEL ROOM IN MY ENTIRE LIVE!!!
