I've written this on tripadvisor but there is almost nothing I can fault about this hotel. Even my complaint about the room being too bright is one the hotel was super helpful with. The upgrade to a deluxe room and birthday note from the manager was such a lovely surprise. The service in every area of the hotel was utterly fantastic, warm welcomes, smiles and friendly staff. We ordered room service which was delivered with great service and the food/presentation was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We really did enjoy our stay in the hotel.

Really pleasant. Staff at the Hotel are really helpful, professional and polit. Hotel staff / policy is very welcoming - I will definitely come back.
The access to the room was not easy though...as I was with my mother (80 years old) it was a bit difficult for her. We had to take stairs and cross the bar or open various doors and walk to corridors. furthermore, no telephone in the room (140), I had to go to the bar to order food. But that was still ok and largely compensated by the great hospitality of the hotel.

Very relaxing and good service, we even received a bottle of champaign for our anniversary!
