Found chocolate residue on my bedsheet upon check in left over by previous patron who had a chocolate scrub treatment, I only realize it after I got the same treatment the next day. Housekeeping did not bother to change it when cleaning even with big brown stain on the white sheet. Also, housecleaning did not bother to refill toiletries so we had to call front desk to be able to wash up after a long day touring. Front desk lady gave terrible directions to a restaurant she recommended that was more than 15 min away when there was a delicious restaurant right next door to your hotel, your restaurant was closed for a private event that evening so we didn't get to try the hungarian buffet & dance show. Outdoor pool was closed (i think 9 euros is a steep price to sit in a crowded jacuzzi), but the masseuse was very friendly and nice at the spa. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh food refilled & quick service. Compliments to the bellboy who helped us arrange taxi and storage for our luggage. Location not that family oriented, more bars & narrow street.

L'hôtel est bien au niveau décoration et confort mais l'entretien de la chambre n'est pas bien fait et la salle de bain n'est pas bien entretenu et cela pendant 4 jours ...

Very good indeed and we would use the hotel again. Only criticism would be the 2 separate duvets on the King size bed - very irritating !!

The hotel was nice and we enjoyed our staff but having travelled extensively through Europe I found the room very small and poor value. I was also disappointed to find there were no Irons available one evening when it says explicitly on your website that they would be available - I did eventually get one after 2 phonecalls and a visit to reception
