Overall nice hotel (mainly the reception area) and good, helpful service. The room was a bit small and badly ventilated. The wellness area was average, but clean. Overall high price for value.

The overall experience was very good once again and the Zara Continental (& Prestige) are my two favourite hotels in Budapest. The sheer quality of the décor, fixtures and fitting and the overall experience was not lost on me and I felt that I was having a very good stay.

Good
Room seemed a little small compared to Hotels in the US.
Also two mornings the Shower water did not get hot.

Very good. Helpful staff, excellent breakfast, nice wellness area.
We were a bit unlucky with the treatments, wanted to book some, but it was already full.
And, unfortunately, the pillows were very uncomfortable.
