enjoyed our stay at your hotel very much ,the room had everything we required and was very clean, breakfast had plenty to choose from and we never went away hungry .on arrival i was impressed with the reception area ,it was very grand!and staff very friendly,my overall experience was very good......many thanks

Our experience was fab when we had visited Budapest. Taxi service was also great provided by your hotel.

Our overall experience was good, but we expected something more. The main problem was the bathroom size and the lack of cleanliness in the corners. Although the staff was kind, they did not give wide instructions when we asked about tourist information and public transport, and they seemed more concern about selling tickets that giving the information

Tres grande disponibilité du personnel de là reception, taille chambre un peu petite surtout porte salle de bain qui s'ouvre dans porte douche

Very good and clean room, wellness and massage. The staff should be more smiling and friendly with the guests. Except the girls at the massage area. They are very kind and nice people.
