fifty-fifty !i Knew better at Soho,Gellert ,and other four stars hotels at Budapest!!!!!when we arrived, we waited about five minutes (until the team finish to look their cellular phones), and the concierge to ask us :can i help you in something ? YES MISS, THIS IS FOR THE CHECK IN PLEASE, we are really very sorry to disturb them !

Great hotel in a really good location. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. All in all a fantastic stay

We liked the hotel very much. The room was fine and clean and the bathroom comfortable.
The service was great. At the reception but also in the restaurant/breakfast. And what a great breakfast it is!
Beautiful Hotel. We hope to come back one day.

Very good experience, staff friendly and helpful. The location made walking to attractions easy.
