Lovely hotel and friendly welcoming staff. Good location within walking distance of the centre. A pity the complimentary massage and fruit platter were delivered at the end of our last full day so did not have time to enjoy. Restaurant delivered excellent food and service at both lunch and dinner. Room was clean,comfortable and well serviced throughout our stay. The only small criticism was the cafe where staff were not as helpful and on one occasion informed us they had run out of white wine !! Despite this minor fault, we enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting first class accommodation.

Although we were out the whole day everyday, coming back to a clean hotel room to sleep made our busy schedule worth it.

Peaceful, relaxed, very nice indeed. We had a lovely time visiting Budapest and the service we received from the hotel was just wonderful. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable and all Needs catered for.

Our experience was excellent. The staff were very kind to us, we had a family crisis and they did everything they could to help us. We will never forget what they did for us.

Best hotel of our trip, enjoyed the stay. wished we had a coffee or a scotch up in the beautiful mezzanine, perhaps an offer guests a glass of a local Hungarian wine would lead to buying more?
