Wonderful, from the moment we checked in early from our long flight and our room was ready. Helpful front desk staff, want-for-nothing breakfast, quiet courtyard room, attentive cleaning staff who brought me a smaller pillow. (They have a pillow menu too.) The rooftop deck is a little hidden gem.

Very pleased with our stay. Efficient friendly staff. Just one point - please advise clients that they need to put the room key in the lift to make it work! We weren't informed of this at reception.

I had a great time here, the location is amazing, all interesting things to do on close distance and very friendly personnel.

Regular. The reception staff is not good. I feel like they did not like me to be at the hotel. They have to learn that people without elegant suit, can also pay the stay at your hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Budapest helped along by the Continental Hotel. Approximately 20 minute walk to the river although there is also a good selection of restaurants not too far away from the hotel. For anyone using the 'Big Bus' tours the bus stop is just a few minutes walk.
Nice clean room, excellent breakfast selection and very efficient and friendly staff.

I found the hotel fulfilled all our needs and was in a great location. The staff were friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast had an excellent selection
