We had an extremely pleasant stay. The staff were always helpful and courteous. The Galleria Bar was a friendly relaxing space in which to unwind and socialise, with a good range of modestly priced food and drinks.

Mivelhogy nem tudok angolu, csak németul, erre a kérdésre nem tudtam válaszolni. Amit még szeretnék hozzáfúzniaz az, hogy nagyon jól éreztuk magunkat a szállodájukban, egy piczi hiba becsúszot, éspedig hogy a szobánkban éjjel eléggé húvos volt. De kulonben minden rendkívuli, nagy koszonet onoknek. Anna

Particularly pleasant stay .The hotel and its Christmas decoration was magnificient. rooms are magnificent.The staff is avaible and always tries to have a nice and warm attention. We appreciated the driver. We shall return to it for the next winter it is certain. Felicitations

Simply stunning interior, with polite and helpful staff. The room was impeccable and clean. Absolutely would stay here again on my return to Budapest!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Right from check in to check out the staff couldn't do enough for me and we're always helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and hotel facilities just what I needed. Great stay.

Overall it was a very pleasurable experience even with the couple of things that were poor. The staff were very helpful and polite.
