The bed was not clean. Realy dirty with black spots and hair

We stayed over the Christmas period and the treatment provided by the staff was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, even when our wardrobe door came off its runner, it was fixed very quickly. The facilities were great and everywhere was spotless. We hadn't booked breakfast but did have it for 3 days out of our 4 day stay, it was a wonderful, fresh spread with plenty of chose for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel, just be aware the location does mean there is plenty of walking but is central if you are able bodied. We loved our stay, thank you to all the staff.

Very nice and agreeable hotel with friendly staff. On the first day there was a misunderstanding from my side regarding the pillows. I thought the different pillows were in the room. Maybe the reception should say this to every guest, that you can change the pillows. Otherwise this is really a good service.
