I did not feel well. At arrival, I learned by sms of my bank, that the hotel had charched my crédit-card. I think, the crédit-card must be a security for the hotel if I do not show up. But in any case that you make money before my arrival.
It was told me that the price was low for the room I had chosen. This price came spontanously on the screen of the computer but it was not written under the price that it will be deducted immediately .

We liked the hotel very much. It is extremely clean, well located, the staff is nice and professional and the wellness area is fantastic. The swimming pools are very clean too. We'll book here again next time we go to Budapest.

Really nice and comfortable. The personal is really nice, polite and self driven and they help you in any situation.

Friendly and helpful staff, all amenities as you would expect of a 4star hotel . Comfortable room but no views in rooms over courtyard so you are looking at opposite rooms which are very close. I have mild claustrophobia so this was an issue for me but may not bother other guests.

The staff were a credit to the hotel. This hotel is lovely , one of the best I have stayed in .
