Very well stay on your Hotel , concierge and desk Clerk were kind and professionnal

Expected a nicer room and free pool/tub and breakfast for the price. Staffs (maides) work hard and quick. Hallway is fabulous.

Overall my experience was very good. However, I would like to mention particurarly, ANITA SZILAGLI and
TOMAS NAGY who were extremely helpful and willing to assist us with any quieries we had.
The other members of reception also were helpful although we did not have as much dealing with them as with the two members I have already mentioned. I have already spoken with the agency and recommended your hotel to them for future travellers. Many thanks.

Hotel ubicato in zona che consente facilmente di raggiungere le maggiori attrattive turistiche della città.
Camera silenziosa e confortevole; un pò piccolo il bagno.

I've written this on tripadvisor but there is almost nothing I can fault about this hotel. Even my complaint about the room being too bright is one the hotel was super helpful with. The upgrade to a deluxe room and birthday note from the manager was such a lovely surprise. The service in every area of the hotel was utterly fantastic, warm welcomes, smiles and friendly staff. We ordered room service which was delivered with great service and the food/presentation was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
