We really did enjoy our stay in the hotel.

Wellness Area should be included in every reservation, I think

Really pleasant. Staff at the Hotel are really helpful, professional and polit. Hotel staff / policy is very welcoming - I will definitely come back.
The access to the room was not easy though...as I was with my mother (80 years old) it was a bit difficult for her. We had to take stairs and cross the bar or open various doors and walk to corridors. furthermore, no telephone in the room (140), I had to go to the bar to order food. But that was still ok and largely compensated by the great hospitality of the hotel.

Hotel staff were really friendly and very helpful! Very nice hotel, walking distance from all the main tourist attractions.

Everything about the hotel made us feel comfortable, there was not one thing we disliked.
We really had a great time.
