We had a lovely time in Budapest and I will tell everyone I know (including those on Trip Advisor), how wonderful our stay was and how much I recommended it. Initially, we had a negative experience with one of the men who worked at the check in desk, who was really rather rude to us and just barked questions/answers at us, but the rest of the experience was positive.

It was decent. Room was clean however beds were very uncomfortable and staff wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was great though

Staff were excellent. We found the room temperature too hot even after turning down the thermostat

Beautiful hotel, nice room...
Orange juice tastes like water.

Very Good.

Only 1 negative was the Taxi to the airport which the hotel booked for us as he seemed to over charge us.

Our Taxi from the airport was 6500 HUF however the Taxi on the way back which was booked for us by the Hotel was 15000 HUF

We really enjoyed our staying in your hotel ! A beautiful room, friendly people, a lovely breakfast and dinners and a beautiful city !
