Not very happy with no refunding while it was 29 degrees in the room. We asked for help - no one came Friday night to assist. You gave us breakfast voucher while we already had paid for breakfast!! You should have removed half of the cost - as one of the nights it was impossible to sleep.

We are truly sorry to hear that the room temperature caused you discomfort during your first night. Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences encountered. We would like to clarify that split A/C unit in the given room is suitable for both cooling and heating. At the time of your report, our on-duty maintenance colleague checked the unit and found that it was set to 28°C, which was immediately adjusted. The remote control was also checked and found to be working properly.
We regret that this issue was not reported on the first night and that you were unable to rest comfortably then. However, we are pleased that you informed us the following day and that we were able to assist promptly, resulting in a much more comfortable second night for you. As compensation for the inconvenience, we were happy to offer you a welcome drink and a complimentary breakfast, which we are glad to know you accepted.
Regarding your request for a refund, we respectfully inform you that this is not justified in this case, as all equipment was functioning correctly and our team provided immediate assistance once the issue was brought to our attention. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.
