We had a wonderful time in Budapest and the hotel was in the perfect location, very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Cleanliness throughout the hotel and staff were very helpful and pleasant from start to finish.
Cons: Definitely the management of guests in the spa, really annoying voice volume and pom Saturday shouting (of guests) location: Central area, few steps from metro, tram, bus central line, nice hotel recently renovated, I think previously a spa, very low noise (aside from the spa), I had room on the fourth floor facing inside Central District, Hebrew many locations within walking distance, a good restaurant but not tried, very varied in a wide international breakfast, speed and cleanliness by the wait staff, spa on the top floor and roof garden with swimming pool, with views of the city
