Beautiful Art Deco styled hotel. Well positioned. Very good and efficient service.
The concierge service was excellent and very helpful. We booked a concert and airport pick up via them by email. All was conducted very efficiently.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our trip to Budapest.

Excellent service from every member of the staff team from check in until check out with one exception, that being the blonde haired lady in the hotel bar on Sunday evening; positively unwelcoming, such that that was the first and last time we used that bar.

This was a gift from my lovely daughter for our 30th wedding anniversary, the hotel reception staff greeted us on arrival, upgraded our room and presented us with a bottle of champagne. How wonderful.

I was very unhappy that my souvenir was stolen by someone when I put it in the toilet where closed to the reception during a moment.

An extremely enjoyable stay. Excellent hotel. Great value. Swimming pools, jacuzzi & sauna all perfect temperatures.
